OUR STORY
Amalena was born in the Southern Tier of New York from a simple conviction — that the best spirits are the ones made with patience, curiosity, and a refusal to cut corners. We work in small batches, taste every run, and let each release tell its own story.
Our New York State Farm Distillery license lets us source close to home and keep our craft honest. Every bottle carries the fingerprint of the people who made it.
